A Blank! Online Gift Card is like any gift card you would purchase in a store but everything is done online! When you purchase a Blank! Online Gift Card we will send an email to you with the gift card enclosed in the email, or you can tell us who you would like to give your gift card to and we will email it for you with a personal message.

Anyone can buy an Online Gift Card and they can be sent via email to anyone within the United States.
At this time Blank! does not offer any type of Gift Card but the Online Gift Card. In the future, you will be able to get Blank! Gift Cards mailed through the United States Postal Service to anywhere in the continental U.S.
Online Gift Cards are emailed from the Blank! Customer Service Center and should be received within 2 hours of your purchase Monday-Friday.
Shop on the Blank! website as you normally would. When you are ready to checkout you will be asked to supply the number on your Gift Card on the payment information page.
You can use your Online Gift Card to purchase any product from the Blank! website with the exception of other Online Gift Cards.
Blank! suggests you always print and save the email with your Blank! Online Gift Card. In the case that you do lose your Online Gift Card information, you can contact Customer Service at 1-800-955-1459, Monday-Friday to have it re-issued.
Blank! will not let you submit email addresses that are not valid. You will receive an error message.
Blank! only guarantees to send Online Gift Cards to the email address submitted through the Blank! website. Blank! is not liable for email addresses that are inaccurately submitted by the customer.
Blank! currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Yes, the balance must be used within 18 months of purchase as indicated by the "Spend by" date on your email.
You will need to use a credit card when completing the order process to pay for the balance of your order.
The unused balance will remain on your Online Gift Card for future use. Click here to check your balance at any time.
The Blank! website can not accommodate more than one Gift Card with each order. If you would like to combine Gift Cards, please contact our Customer Service department by calling 1-800-955-1459, M-F 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, and we will process your order over the phone.
Yes, you should keep your Gift Card in the event that we are unable to fulfill your order or you do not use the entire balance of your Online Gift Card.
