Blank! follows all applicable taxing regulations for the areas where we do business. Taxes are charged according to the shipping address(es) of your order. At this time, a 5.5% tax will be added to all purchases shipped to Wisconsin (WI).

Return FAQs
At Blank!, we offer a 30-day No Questions Asked Return Policy. To receive credit for merchandise, please follow our policy guidelines. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of shipping date and accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Code (RA#). Merchandise must be in original condition, tags attached and accompanied by original sales invoice & packing slip.
Simply follow the steps outlined below to return your Blank! purchase:
  1. Contact Blank!'s customer service department to obtain your Return Authorization Code (RA#) either by phone at 1-800-955-1495 or via our easy online return form.
  2. After receiving your Return Authorization Code, our customer service team will send you a label to adhere to your package to be returned.
  3. In the meantime, re-package your purchase with all of the original contents. For increased security, do NOT write Blank! on the outside of the box.
  4. Once you receive the Return Label, simply arrange for a pick-up with your local USPS carrier. The cost of shipping, as well as insurance, is covered by Blank! and is indicated on the label.
Once your return is received, and the product is determined to be in its original condition, your money will be refunded (or credited to your credit card account) within 10 business days.

No. As per Blank!'s Return Policy, items that have been altered in anyway, including engraving or resizing are unable to be returned or exchanged.

A Blank! Online Gift Card is like any gift card you would purchase in a store but everything is done online! When you purchase a Blank! Online Gift Card we will send an email to you with the gift card enclosed in the email, or you can tell us who you would like to give your gift card to and we will email it for you with a personal message.
